In 2010, Todd found himself in the midst of the Great Recession.  As a successful 20-year real estate owner, developer, and manager, the severity of the Great Recession required his most challenging entrepreneurial pivot:  winding down his real estate business and embracing his newfound circumstances as a starting point for what was to come next.  

Todd spent the next 9 years expanding his experience leading software as a service (SaaS) and IT teams within the real estate vertical.  

During this time, he discovered a passion for blending his love of real estate and technology with his nearly 30 years of servant leadership & team development to create Connect.

Clayton Allen
Business Development Representative

Clayton joined Connect as an Operations Intern while a full time student at High Point University in High Point, NC.  

He graduated from High Point University in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and double minor in Sales and Healthcare Management.  Clayton is currently enrolled at HPU pursuing a Masters Degree in Communication and Business Leadership.  

As a Business Development Representative, Clayton is leading the sales rollout of Connect's HR Scout IP-enhanced product.   

In addition to his BDR responsibilities, Clayton also supports all Connect business operations.

Violeta Janeva
Business Development Representative

Violeta Joined Connect as a Business Development Representative during the summer of 2021.

Violeta is a 2020 university graduate trained as a translator and interpreter. During her studies, she translated four books between the Italian & Macedonian languages. She is fluent in English, Macedonian, Italian, Serbian, Croatian, and also has a deep understanding of the Spanish and Bulgarian languages.

In her role as a Business Development Representative for Prospect Seeker, Violeta brings her cheery personality and knack for effective communication to building relationships with potential clients. As an empathetic listener and client advocate, Violeta is driven by her love of creating positive relationships.
